A winning realtor needs to be aggressive, convincing and impressive. Besides being charismatic, the ability to build rapport plays a pivotal role in presenting oneself as a preferred realtor.
A recent trend of television
personalities joining the ranks of celebrated property agents is an example of
recognition adding on to one's credibility by being a known face.
This year boasts three property agents
making their debuts in the Manhunt Singapore competition. Could this be the
start of new faces crossing over to become rising stars of tomorrow's fashion
and entertainment world?

of this year's Senior Manhunt finalists: 34-year-old Terence Teo (1.81m, 85kg),
42-year-old Gilbert Tang (1.74m, 66kg) and 43-year-old Micah Lim (1.72m, 75kg).

physique, they've got what it takes to make it to the top of the real estate
industry and mark their success story in the pageantry world as well!
