HOT PROPERTIES

It's all about impressions when it comes to deal making in our urban jungle. Especially so in the real estate industry that was once a niche market and is now a booming billion-dollar trade.

In this age of mass media, potential clients are first greeted by the beaming faces of a thousand agents in advertisements, name cards and flyers before making their choice. A winning realtor needs to be aggressive, convincing and impressive. Besides being charismatic, the ability to build rapport plays a pivotal role in presenting oneself as a preferred realtor.

A recent trend of television personalities joining the ranks of celebrated property agents is an example of recognition adding on to one's credibility by being a known face.

This year boasts three property agents making their debuts in the Manhunt Singapore competition. Could this be the start of new faces crossing over to become rising stars of tomorrow's fashion and entertainment world?

Watch this space as we showcase three of this year's Senior Manhunt finalists: 34-year-old Terence Teo (1.81m, 85kg), 42-year-old Gilbert Tang (1.74m, 66kg) and 43-year-old Micah Lim (1.72m, 75kg). They have proven that with their confidence, dashing good looks and chiselled physique, they've got what it takes to make it to the top of the real estate industry and mark their success story in the pageantry world as well!
